Vanilla Variations mod is a mod that adds vanilla-like features to the game. Other vanilla minecraft items need to get a better, new or more useful purpose. Each item needs to be balanced, but it is rewarding to obtain.
What are the features of this mod?
Provides attributes/crafting recipes. If a recipe has a red dot in the upper left corner, it means the recipe is misshapen.
Chocolate
It is a moderately good source of nutrients. But crafting the apple grants 30s saturation, golden 45s plus all duration x1.5 from a regular golden apple. Enchanted grants 60s from a normal enchanted golden apple, plus all duration x1.5.
Reinforced Leather
It is stronger than iron but provides less armor than diamond. Compressed leather can be removed more quickly with an anchor. It is 2 times stronger than wool.
Cabbage
Cabbage isn’t very filling, but if you add it to a sandwich, it’s a great hearty dish.
Honey
Adding honey makes the dish a little better.
