Naturally Charged Creepers Mod 1.15.2/1.14.4/1.13.2 that will take care of allowing the naturally charged Creepers in the world to be generated. Charged Creepers are a variant of the Creeper, much more powerful, since their explosion is twice as dangerous as that of a normal Creeper.

As you know, by default loaded Creepers are only generated when lightning strikes four blocks away from them. So it is quite unlikely to find them. However, with this mod it will be much more frequent to find them, which will increase the difficulty of the game.
