However, on the first upload, a blacklist is created and you can change the values. The duration of the applied effect is the maximum integer value, which is 2147483647 ticks. It takes about 30000 hours in the game. Particle effect can be disabled.

How is the default blacklist?

The default decision list is created on the first install of the mod. Forge can switch between all potion effects in the registry. This means that modded effects are supported. If a new mod with effects is added, you need to make sure to refresh the configuration. You can disable an effect by adding an exclamation point (!) in front of the name. The blacklist file is located in ./config/randommobeffects/ and is named blacklist.txt.

How to Install Random Mob Effects Mods
